Terms and Conditions

Warranty

We strongly stand by the quality of our products, however some imperfections may occur since all our products are hand made. We give our customers 30 day warranty from the date of purchase, for defects in workmanship and manufacture. This warranty does not cover general wear and tear.
Should you find a fault with our product within this period, it is important that you notify us first. You may then return the goods and we will arrange a repair, exchange or refund to suit your requirements.

Refund Policy

You are not entitled to a refund if you change your mind and no longer want the goods, or if you were responsible to cause the fault (ex. damaging the glass beads). Tarnishing of Sterling Silver is influenced by many factors (mentioned in Sterling Silver care) and we do not consider tarnishing to be a product fault.

Care for your glass jewellery

All glass jewellery is delicate and needs to be treated with extra care to prevent chipping, especially handmade beads.
For necklaces with metal links, pulling hard on your necklace may cause the metal links to disconnect. (Like gold and silver, this metal is soft.) Please take special care around babies and car seatbelts. The best way to store your jewellery is to hang it up or lay it flat, this will prevent tangling, and excessive rubbing of the beads, (especially the hand-decorated ones.) As metal wire can be permanently distorted (by bending), take extra care with all wire jewellery during storage.

Sterling Silver Care

Tarnishing of Silver can be caused by many factors, like individual skin type, personal creams and perfumes, climatic conditions and your general care for the product. We recommend for your Sterling Silver jewellery to be stored in cool, dry place, preferably in the soft piece of cloth provided with your item. Do not wear silver when working with household chemicals or in chlorinated water.
To renew the brilliance and shine, we recommend cleaning Sterling Silver with a silver polish cloth or a silver dip, do not use tissue paper or paper towels as they may cause scratches.
