Trading Terms and Conditions

• Payment may be made by: Cash, Direct Deposit into our nominated bank account, Cheque or Credit Card. We accept
• All goods remain the property of Casual T until Payment in Full is received.
• All item prices in our catalogue and website may be subject to change without notice.
• We must be notified within 48 hours of any damaged or faulty goods received. Returns will not be accepted after this period. Please inspect all items carefully as soon as you receive your order.
• We honor 30-day replacement warranty on mechanical faults (clasps), but we will not take responsibility for rough handling which may cause damage to our products.

• Please choose carefully before ordering any products as all returned goods will attract a 20% restocking fee. If you are in doubt, please ask our capable staff.

  All goods in this case must be returned within 7 working days of receiving the order.

• By purchasing/ordering from us, you are accepting the above Trading Terms and Conditions.

Due to the nature of glass and metals used in our jewellery, careful handling is recommended, as pulling hard on necklaces may cause links to disconnect. (Like gold and silver these metals are soft). Casual T will not except any returns on mishandled products.
